We are pleased to announce that NCBJ has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Interdisciplinary Transformation University Austria (IT:U), one of Europe’s youngest and fastest-growing public universities, based in Linz. This agreement strengthens cooperation and opens new opportunities for joint scientific work.
Wojciech Krzemień, Principal Investigator of the IMPET project, and Prof. Beatrix Hiesmayr from IT:U initiated the agreement together, building on their long-standing scientific partnership. Prof. Hiesmayr, previously at the University of Vienna, is currently establishing a new research group on quantum information at IT:U. The memorandum opens the way to closer scientific cooperation, including joint meetings, mutual exchange stays of researchers between NCBJ and IT:U, and joint grant applications — further strengthening ties between IMPET and the Vienna/IT:U quantum information group and supporting future collaboration.
